Well, I think the Woldt household is back on track. Hunter is now healthy, and guess what... the rest of the family was lucky enough to get sick. Mom, Dad and the two little brothers were home sick on Monday. Thank goodness for Hunter's Nurse Joyce for having Hunter over Monday and Tuesday night for a slumber party. Hopefully that will help keep him healthy. Hayden and Harrison recovered much quicker than Mom and Dad, might have to do with Age. Mom and Dad spent Monday tag teaming with Hayden and Harrison. We sent them to Daycare on Tuesday and Mom and Dad spent the day sleeping and trying to recover.
So, now the we brought fall in with a bang, the rest of the winter should be uneventful. Well, we can cross our fingers.
Mom is trying to get ready for a weekend aways scrapbooking, so it will be a boys only weekend at the Woldt household.
I will try to post some new pictures yet this week. Thanks again for checking in on us.

Moving around
Well, Hunter is back on his feeds. We are running things a little slower, but hopefully by the end of the week we will be back on full feeds. His demener seems good, so hopefully we have turned the corner and are on our way to recovery, since we have already been out of school for two weeks.
Hayden is good and enjoying school. He is looking forward to Halloween and his Halloween party, should be fun.
Harrison isn't feeling well. Last night he seemed fine, Neil and I had him walking back and forth between the two of us. About 9:30 he woke up with a horrible weezing. So, I have him a neb, went in the bathroom and ran a hot shower for him, which seemed to help a little. He is still weezing horrible today. I feel so bad for the little guy. Figures, he hasn't been sick at all this whole year, and now he decides to get sick for his birthday party on Sunday : )
Well, hopefully with the fall coming in with a bang, the remaining cold season will be uneventful. We are just getting it out of the way early : )
Hope all is well! Have a fabulous day! : )

Guessing Game
Well, it looks like we are back to the guessing game. Hunter seemed to be over his illness, and has been good for the last 3 days, other than being a little more tired, and that is to be expected.
Well, the teacher came to work with him this morning, and he vomited again. Along with that his stools have been very very loose, which they always are but even more so now.
We really don't believe this is shunt related, but are just not sure. Hopefully it is viral and just has not completed running its course, but just seems strange as nobody else is sick.
I keep telling Hunter if he wants extra snuggles he just has to tell me ; )
So now we wait for the Dr. Office to call us back.
Have a fabulous day.

A relaxing weekend
The weekend is almost behind us and what a beautiful weekend it was. Hunter is much much better. Other than being a little more tired than usual, and a few more secretions, life is good again.
Hayden spent his weekend playing with his little neighbor friend Allison. They are pretty much together all the time these days. They play so nice together.
Harrison pretty much just hung out and played this weekend. We are getting ready for the big 1st birthday party this weekend. Maybe we will be blessed with really nice weather next weekend like this weekend, wishful thinking.
So, life is good in the Woldt household. Have a fabulous evening!

Interesting Week
Well, the week has started off to be rather interesting. Hunter is still not feeling well. Wimpering and crying. He was suppose to have school pictures taken today, but looks like we will have to wait for picture retakes. I am guessing he is going to be out of school all week. Dad thought he should stay home and enjoy in the fun with Hunter today, he is not feeling well either. Hopefully it skips the rest of the household.
Hayden is doing good. He had his pictures today too, so hopefully he smiled nice : ) He helped mom make Halloween invites for his Halloween party over the weekend. He is getting pretty excited. We are planning all sorts of fun things to do!
Harrison is doing well. He is popping teeth all over. He started to say ma ma now and taking more and more steps each day. All of a sudden I think he is getting his confidence.
So, overall life is good at the Woldt household.
Thanks for checking in. Always smiling! : )

Poor Boy
What a weekend! Hunter has been very sick all weekend. Yesterday he spent the day throwing up, and having the diarrhea. I couldn't even keep his meds in him. Then he whimpers and it is the most heart wrenching thing. Usually if I snuggle with him, he will rest, but that didn't even help this time. He kept his meds down this morning, and I am running some pedialite to hopefully help keep him hydrated. Hopefully the worst is over...
Harrison and Hayden both have a little head cold but otherwise they are good. Hayden kept telling Hunter it was ok, I think he felt bad also.
Otherwise we have stuck close to home this weekend. Hopefully yesterday was the worst of it. In the realm of things it could always be worse. But it does figure this happens when dad is gone hunting.
Otherwise, today will entail watching football and the Brewers!! Keep your fingers crossed for the Brewers.

October is here
The past few weeks have been pretty uneventful in the Woldt household. We just had new pictures taken, so I will make sure to post some of those when I get them back.
Otherwise, getting Hunter and Hayden settled in to school. I have had a hard time with Hunter going to school this year. I am not sure if it is because he is becoming a big boy and reality is setting in. I am just not sure why I am more emotional about it than usual.
Hayden really loves school. I still can't believe he was embarressed the first day I met him at school. His teacher had to take a medical leave, and he has been having a little emotional melt down about that... he really misses her. It is amazing how someone can leave such an impression only after a few weeks.
Then there is our little Harrison. His personality is really starting to show. Now when he gets mad, he sits on the floor, looks at you and then bangs his head on the floor once. I do my best to ignore him, but that isn't always the easiest.
Otherwise life is good in the Woldt house. Everyone is healthy and happy. Thanks for checking in : )
